JAZEEL awarding program, the use of JAZEEL card, and any rewards under the program are all subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. By joining JAZEEL rewards program, you accept these terms and conditions, you should review the terms and conditions thoroughly prior to consenting to be bound by them.
2. You acknowledge and accept that Jazeel program may collect your personal data through various means: • Directly from You: Through forms, applications, website, in-stores or other interactions with our e-commerce channel or services. • Automatically: Through cookies, log files, or tracking technologies when you use our website or application. • Other Sources if any: From our partners or service providers in compliance with the PDPL.
3. JAZEEL terms and conditions may be amended by Al-Sadhan from time to time and continuing participation in JAZEEL program constitutes your acceptance of the current terms and conditions. Also, Al-Sadhan has the right to stop or cancel the program at any time.
4. When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean JAZEEL member.
5. Registering in JAZEEL Program through Al-Sadhan website https://jazeel.al- sadhan.com/account/register_single by providing your accurate information. Upon completing the registration process you will be entitled to receive your JAZEEL digital card through the website that allows you to start accruing your points from your purchases and receiving offers and discounts.
6. JAZEEL digital card can be saved by taking a screenshot of the digital card from the website.
7. To use JAZEEL program benefits (accrual, redemption of points, coupons, offers, events, etc..) you agree to present your JAZEEL card in any such transaction to the cashier or Al-Sadhan markets representative for scanning and identifying yourself as a member of JAZEEL program.
8. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your user id and passwords solely rest with you. You will also be solely responsible for the security of your JAZEEL card and any activities that may arise with the usage of your JAZEEL card.
9. You agree to notify Al-Sadhan markets immediately for any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
10. Al-Sadhan markets will not be held responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of your JAZEEL reward program card used by anyone else; either with or without your knowledge.
11. Al-Sadhan company has the right to cancel your membership of JAZEEL program or/and all the points awarded for any member according to its own discretion without prior notification or justification, and including but not limited to, any of the below cases: I. If proven that Customer committed a fraud on Al-Sadhan customer touchpoints (Omni- Channel). II. If JAZEEL card used by someone else not the owner, or in case of misuse the program.
12. By utilizing your JAZEEL reward program membership, you agree to present your JAZEEL card right in the beginning of any transaction to avail JAZEEL reward program benefits.
13. During the sales transaction, once the cashier scans your JAZEEL digital card, you will automatically receive discounted prices, any other relevant offers, and earn points on your total purchases.
14. You are entitled to redeem ONLY one coupon per transaction.
15. In the case when JAZEEL members are entitled to multiple offers, JAZEEL members will receive the best of the various offers available at that point.
16. Points will be earned with every purchase of products excluding VAT, as every 1 SAR spent earns you at least 1 point.
17. JAZEEL members can only start redeeming the points after accumulating 100 points and this is the minimum of redemption member can use which equivalent to 1 SAR.
18. JAEEL members can only redeem maximum of 20,000 points which equivalent to 200 SAR per transaction.
19. JAZEEL points will be valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
20. Once JAZEEL points expire, the expired points cannot be exchanged or used any more.
21. Upon return/refund of a product or products, JAZEEL program will deduct the equivalent number of points from your JAZEEL account. In case you have already redeemed the points that you accrued through this transaction, the value in SAR equivalent to points earned through the refunded product will be deducted from the returned cash amount.
22. Any JAZEEL program rewards usage applies to Al-Sadhan markets only.
23. From time to time, other promotional partners may be part of JAZEEL reward program. These third- party promotions will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the third party involved and Al- Sadhan markets will not be held responsible for any such third-party promotions.
24. JAZEEL card is not transferable.
25. JAZEEL members can check their points, offers and coupons anytime they log-in to their JAZEEL account. The balance will be updated after the completion of every transaction, in case there is any technical failure or issue, the update will be made as soon as the system return to work as usual.
26. JAZEEL member is not entitled to use more than one card in any transaction; additionally, it is not permissible for JAZEEL members to use JAZEEL card/account that is not owned by him/her and is not related to his\her data.
27. These terms and conditions are subject to ongoing review to ensure their compliance with our practices and any updates related to applicable laws and regulations. We will notify you of any changes and seek your consent. An email or text message will be sent to the contact information we have on file to inform you of any updates or amendments.
